Stoke Charity Shop has been part of the Sports & Recreation Trust since 2011, providing funds for local sports, recreation and educational projects. Managed and operated by volunteers, the Charity Shop is located on the High Street next to Stoke Community Shop. Opening hours extend from Monday to Saturday 9am - 3.30pm (closing at 12.30pm on Wednesdays) during which a wide range of preloved clothing for all the family, housewares and small electricals, linen and soft furnishings, books, toys, games and puzzles are on offer at very reasonable prices. Donations of good quality items, as defined above, are collected at HCAP, North Street, on set days (details in the monthly Parish Council Newsletter). These items are then displayed and sold in the shop; refreshed on rotation and seasonal basis.
