VE 75 Day 8th May 2020

There was going to be a village picnic in the Memorial Hall grounds to celebrate 75 years of the end of WWII but because of the Covid lockdown we were unable to do this.  Residents of Stoke were not going to let Covid spoil our celebrations so households around the village held individual picnics in their front gardens where they could celebrate with their neighbours at a safe distance.
