CIL Annual Reports

CIL money refers to funds that are collected through the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) by local planning authorities in England and Wales. It is a fixed, non-negotiable charge that is placed on new building developments, a percentage of which is paid directly to the Parish by developers to spend on community priorities. It can be used to fund public facilities required to support growth, such as transport systems, roads, schools, health centres, parks, and leisure facilities. It is charged at a fixed rate per square metre based on the council's published charging schedule, rather than the market value of the property.

You can review the regulatory framework and updates via the GOV.UK Community Infrastructure Levy Guidance

Below are the annual reports for the amounts received and spent in the stated financial year.
